Fuel Dispensing Pumps at Shell Kileleshwa are Compliant

We assure our customers that we comply with the legal requirements on Weights and Measures at Shell Service Stations and that all the dispensing equipment at our service stations are tested, certified and sealed by the relevant government authorities before any service station starts operations. Regular maintenance is also carried out on the equipment in accordance with the set out regulatory procedures.

Following the social media reports, Vivo Energy Kenya collaborated with the government authorities in retesting the fuel dispensing pumps at Kileleshwa service station.

We confirm to our customers that the pumps have been retested, the volumes dispensed at Shell Kileleshwa Service Station are accurate and the matter is closed.
