Shell Club upgrade notification
In a bid to improve your experience, the Shell Club loyalty platform is currently undergoing a system upgrade from 25th May 2022 to 30th June 2022.
During this period:
- Earning and or collection of Shell Club points via terminals only i.e. NFC Tags & Shell Club Card will be suspended
- Shell Club registered customers will continue to earn points automatically when they pay via MPESA only
- There will be no loss of accumulated Shell Club points
- Shell Club point redemption will be temporarily suspended until 30th June 2022
