Shell Club upgrade notification

In a bid to improve your experience, the Shell Club loyalty platform is currently undergoing a system upgrade from 25th May 2022 to 30th June 2022.

During this period:

  1. Earning and or collection of Shell Club points via terminals only i.e. NFC Tags & Shell Club Card will be suspended 
  2. Shell Club registered customers will continue to earn points automatically when they pay via MPESA only
  3. There will be no loss of accumulated Shell Club points
  4. Shell Club point redemption will be temporarily suspended until 30th June 2022
